I have chosen to develop a business that concentrates on my clients.  How am I going to do that?  Its all about you.  Most Realtors spend 85% of there time, energy & resources cold calling, door knocking, mailings, and advertising. The other 15% is spent on current clients and the technical end of Real Estate.  I have chosen to put my energy into my clients.  What dose that mean to you?  I will spend my time where it counts, Helping you!  You see I believe if I foster a positive working relationship with each of you and continue that relationship well after our transaction is done, you will feel more comfortable telling your friends and family about the awesome services that I provide.  When they are ready to buy or sell their home they will only think of one person to help build and foster a positive working relationship, that would be me!  I have several ways of helping my clients.

 

One of my biggest assets is my Customer Appreciation Program.  Each month I will send you (My Client) an Item of Value.  Each item of value will be useful professionally and personally. Items might include helpful hints on how to improve your financial future, or a list of home remodel projects that add the greatest value to your home.  One of my favorites and most helpful Item of Value for a home buyer is a brochure entitled "10 Deadly Mistake buyers make when purchasing a home."  If you are interested in becoming a member of my Client Appreciation Program please fell free to contact me and I will be happy to add you to my list of friends and family!
